 Flash Mod – GTA IV

The Flash Mod transforms the player into a complete speedster in Liberty City, adding super speed, visual effects, special abilities, and advanced mechanics inspired by comic book speedsters. The mod includes extreme-speed running, offensive and defensive powers, energy effects, fluid movement, phasing, special attacks, and much more — all fully integrated into GTA IV’s gameplay.

With a combination of speed, agility, and unique abilities, the player can cross the city in seconds, create cyclones, use rapid strikes, manipulate physics, target vision, and multi-teleport attacks. The mod also includes customization options so the hero can look and feel exactly the way the player wants.

• Q – Create cyclone arms

Customizable FeaturesThe mod was designed to offer complete flexibility, allowing the player to customize power visuals and controls. Configurable options include:
1. Effect Colors

• Change the energy color (orange, yellow, red, blue, green and purple.)
  

2. Key Bindings

• All keys can be reassigned

Description

 I created a new script for The Flash mod with the addition of the civilian version of the character, tornado, cyclone arms, 3 speeds, a better version of FlashTime, phasing through walls and an attempt that will be improved in the next versions of running on water

Powers

FlashKey=M

ArmorKey=B-all of the speedster's abilities still work on the character in the civilian version

FlashTime=R

WindPowers=T-You can only use the tornado and cyclone arms after activating it

Tornado=G

Cyclone=Q

Phasing=P-the character only walks in a straight line

Speed1=H

Speed2=J

MaxSpeed=K

Credits

I did a retexture inspired by CW's Flash on the character Michael Scofield from ac.amir, On Savitar I used the Marauder model from Wapeddell and used Baalateja Kataru's Quicksilver mod as the basis for the script

My new script Flash

I'm going to publish a new version of The Flash script because I didn't like the previous one in some aspects, but I decided to add some things like walking faster than a rocket in FlashTime and cyclone arms, I intend to add more powers like tornado, time travel, walking through walls and run on water, but for now stick with the video I posted on YouTube and the next previews of the updates will be posted there :)

I made a script to make the character run and walk faster in FlashTime but it causes some bugs and lags but it's a lot of fun

works best if using The Flash mod

the way to use it is just activate FlashTime and have fun

The Flash mod for GTA IV

This is the update to “The Flash” mod that adds the ability to launch lightning (with each character's lightning color), the heart attack, two more characters (Zoom and Jay Garrick) and the adaptation of "FlashTime" for each speedster

the lightning and heart attack are not scripted skills, it is a "Weaponinfo" modification that changes the molotov, grenade, sniper rifle, poolcue and knife

Superspeed - leftshift

FlashTime - R

Grenade - lightning yellow

Molotov - lightning red

Poolcue - lightning blue

Sniperrifle - lightning orange

Knife - heart attack

The update

 The new update for The Flash mod published in GTAinside on January 1st will be released in 01/10 with new characters, powers and variations for each. I hope you enjoy what I've been planning to do for a while now, I want you to understand that I'm not a professional programmer or anything like that, I just like the game and want to have fun with it.😁😁😁
